  Autonomic imbalance

"Autonomic dysfunction" is a general term for indefinite complaints caused by autonomic dysfunction. And as a feature, even though there are a wide variety of symptoms, no abnormalities are found even after inspection. In other words, it is a disease whose cause is completely unknown in Western medicine. At the hospital, medicines are prescribed as symptomatic treatment.

Autonomic nerves, also called involuntary nerves, work independently of the will. The autonomic nervous system regulates the most basic internal functions for living, such as respiration, heartbeat, blood pressure, body temperature, sweating, digestion, and excretion. There are "sympathetic nerves" and "parasympathetic nerves" in the autonomic nerves, and these two nerves work in a well-balanced and contradictory manner to regulate internal functions. Ataxia of the "autonomic nerve" means that the balance between the "sympathetic nerve" and the "parasympathetic nerve" is no longer properly adjusted.

There are two types of autonomic nerves, the sympathetic nerve and the parasympathetic nerve, both of which balance and cause normal physical activity. What kind of activities the sympathetic nerve and parasympathetic nerve promote, respectively ... they all work in the opposite way.

・ Emotional sympathetic nerve (irritated / excited) Parasympathetic nerve (relaxed / calm)
・ Blood flow: Sympathetic nerve (increased blood flow to muscles) Parasympathetic nerve (increased blood flow to internal organs)
・ Blood pressure Sympathetic nerve (up) Parasympathetic nerve (down)
・ Respiratory sympathetic nerve (becomes intense) Parasympathetic nerve (becomes calm)
・ Skin sympathetic nerve (shrinks / hardens) Parasympathetic nerve (spreads / loosens)
・ Sweat gland sympathetic nerve (spread) Parasympathetic nerve (close)
・ Gastrointestinal sympathetic nerve (decreases) Parasympathetic nerve (becomes active)
・ Digestive sympathetic nerve (decreases) Parasympathetic nerve (becomes active)
・ Cardiac sympathetic nerve (beats faster) Parasympathetic nerve (beats slower)
・ Tracheal sympathetic nerve (dilates) Parasympathetic nerve (narrows)
・ Leukocyte sympathetic nerve (increase) Parasympathetic nerve (decrease)
・ Uterine sympathetic nerve (shrinks) Parasympathetic nerve (spreads)
・ Pupil sympathetic nerve (larger) Parasympathetic nerve (smaller)
・ Active time Sympathetic nerve (daytime) Parasympathetic nerve (evening-night)
・ Sleep sympathetic nerve (decreased) Parasympathetic nerve (becomes active)
・ Sympathetic nerve (becomes active) and parasympathetic nerve (decreases) during exercise
・ Sympathetic nerve (becomes active) and parasympathetic nerve (decreases) with people who are not good at it
・ Fun time Sympathetic nerve (decreased) Parasympathetic nerve (becomes active)

In this way, the sympathetic nerves work actively when exercising or working, and the parasympathetic nerves work when relaxing or sleeping. When only the sympathetic nerve becomes active due to overwork and stress society, the autonomic nerve is disturbed and causes various symptoms. Then, what kind of symptoms do you get when the autonomic nerves are disturbed?

[Around the face] Headache, heavy head, ringing in the ears, hearing loss, thirst for mouth, dysgeusia, tired eyes, thirst for eyes, teary eyes, throat swelling, throat clogging
[Heart / blood vessels] Palpitations / chest tightness / dizziness / lightheadedness / hot flashes / coldness
[Respiratory] Suffering, shortness of breath, choking
[Digestive system] Constipation, diarrhea, stomach discomfort, lower abdominal tension, nausea, canteen stuffiness, gas accumulation
[Skin] Hyperhidrosis, hard to sweat, night sweats, itchy skin, dryness
[Reproductive organs] Menstrual pain, irregular menstruation, impotence, infertility, menopause
[Muscles / Joints] Stiff shoulders / muscle pain / arthralgia / joints are weak
[Systemic symptoms] Fatigue, easy to get tired, fluttering, lack of appetite, poor sleep, easy to wake up, hard to get up
[Psychiatric symptoms] Easy to get frustrated, easy to get depressed, easy to get angry, anxious, unmotivated, poor concentration, insomnia

Although "Qi" in oriental medicine is invisible, it can be said to be the vital energy that is indispensable to the human body. This slowing down or not going around the whole body causes various illnesses. Insufficient "ki" can also cause various illnesses. Traditional medicine has the effect of healing the imbalance between body and mind caused by various causes. When the flow of qi becomes normal, the qi is sufficiently supplemented and various illnesses that have been held up to now are improved. Feelings of frustration, anxiety, and feelings of anxiety disappear as you improve your constitution. Some people realize the effect just by receiving it once. First of all, you should feel better. I definitely want you to try it.
