Singing Bowl Healing Meditation is a meditation therapy that uses a singing bowl for deeper meditation. Place the singing bowl on the client's abdomen or back to apply vibrations directly to the body, or place the singing bowl around the client's lying position to continuously resonate overtones. Clients can enter a deep state of relaxation (meditation) as their body chakras are activated. Singing bowls are ritual implements that have been used in Nepali Buddhism and Tibetan Esoteric Buddhism since before the 5th century. 70 percent of our body is water. This water resonates with the sound and vibration of the bowl, and the Qi that is stagnant at the cellular level is released. When a lot of energy (Chi) is flowing through our bodies, it becomes easy to get tired both physically and mentally, and we tend to lose our balance. The sound of the singing ball purifies people, things, and places, and heals and activates the chakra. It has a relaxing effect, stabilizes breathing and relieves stress. The more weak you are mentally, the more effective it will be. Meditation therapy is recommended for situations that require mental care, such as "I can't think clearly," "I can't seem to get motivated," or "I'm tired." |
