Dhara treatment method in Ayurveda, the world's oldest medicine, continues to drip oil on the body with constant pressure. It is a technique that strengthens or weakens the pressure depending on the position where the oil is dropped to activate the areas of concern. Shirodhara is something that is dripped on the head, but in this course, the oil is dripped continuously on the genitals. The treatment method of dripping this oil onto the affected area is effective for the purpose of loosening muscle tension, removing fatigue, reducing stress, and also preventing illness. A treatment method in which warmed oil is poured on the human skin for a certain period of time at a certain rhythm increases alpha waves and creates a deep state of relaxation, stimulating the first and second chakras and bringing them closer to their original state. Clients often react in the first stages, but with constant pressure they go into a meditative state or fall asleep. After the dala treatment, wrap yourself in a towel and relax.
