I learned massage and stretching at a sports trainer vocational school, and I wanted to do a job where I could make use of that knowledge. After starting to learn at Nuad Bo Rang School in Japan, it seems that it is very difficult, and after all it is a difficult traditional Thai massage (laughs). I feel like not only the massage but also the mind becomes an adult. I have just started working as a therapist at the attached salon. Since I started learning Thai massage, my face has become clearer...and I've lost weight. I also enjoy fashion, which I love. It's just something positive for me. I would like to be independent in the future. It's not specific yet. Everyone around me is very stimulating because they all want to be independent. I would like to do my best while receiving guidance from the instructors who are willing to consult with me.

I originally liked Thailand and was interested in oriental medicine, and as a confluence of my studies, I decided to take the opportunity of retiring from the company to learn Thai traditional massage. I found the Nuad Bo Rang School in Japan by looking it up on the Internet, and I entered it because I thought it was more authentic and better than others. When I entered, there were some classes that were really serious and I was sweating, so I may have lost a little weight. From now on, I would like to use the knowledge of Kampo medicine I attended at the Kampo school while working as an office worker in the traditional Thai massage, and I would like to do my best to help improve my health. The age of the people who come to this school to learn Thai massage varies from young people to middle-aged people like me. It is convenient to have one person in the family who can do Thai massage. Recommended. Why don't you all try to learn Thai massage and use it to maintain your family's health?

I am learning other bodywork. I also teach stretching and mat pilates. I was interested in traditional Thai massage combined with stretching. When I came to visit the school, I found that the convenience of commuting and the flexible setting of class hours suited me. I think that I still have a long way to go since I started the class, but...Traditional Thai massage feels more free than I thought, and I feel that my metabolism has improved as my body changes. I feel that Thai traditional massage is profound not only for technique but also for heart. I think that there are few things that touch the mind and body other than love. From now on, I would like to share healing with many people through Thai massage. I would like to open a business eventually.

I teach restorative yoga and yin-yang yoga, and I became interested in traditional Thai massage because a yoga teacher I respect taught Thai massage in Thailand. After researching on the Internet and actually visiting the school, I decided on this school intuitively because the response was quick and I felt like I was in good spirits. It was because my personality and the content of the school really seemed to suit me. When I actually started the class, I found that the traditional Thai massage was more interesting than I thought, and I feel that it is very rewarding. In the future, in parallel with yoga classes, I hope that many seniors who are independent and open will be able to open their own homes and eat.
