I have back pain due to my work. My lower back is still hurting, but I think it's my own responsibility and I'm tired of my body. I think that just by taking this short-term course, I have become much softer than before. On the contrary, I feel like I learned a lot about how softening my pelvis can reduce pain in my lower back. After taking this course, I can only sum it up in one word: “Anyway, it’s fun!” I took a short-term basic course during Golden Week, so I am a so-called repeater, but I enjoy participating every time. It's a pity that I can't study in the regular course because of my work. Short-term intensive courses are fun, but I think it's a bit of a waste to forget a little because there's no one to practice with after the course. The theme this time was stretching, but it was more difficult than last time to keep my body centered. (Laughs) This time, instead of focusing on a series of moves, I would like to focus on each technique and improve my level. After taking this course, my body has become more flexible. I took this course on the recommendation of a friend. Sleeping and waking up is very good, and I feel refreshed. If you continue, you will be able to tighten yourself up! ! I thought. Kill two birds with one stone! ! Stretching is good for the therapist side to feel refreshed. Until now, I had only received Thai traditional massage, but when I participated in this course this time, I realized that I was doing the treatment by moving my own body more than I thought. I myself have a very stiff body and it was hard to receive and do, but I thought that it would be a much better stretch for my body than training at the gym. I was interested in the class because it focused on stretching, which is a major feature of traditional Thai massage, so I applied immediately. At first, it was difficult because my hands and fingers were tense, but I think I gradually relaxed.
