  Chi Nei Thang course using herbal ball

I was glad to be able to learn visceral massage (Chi Nei Thang), which is one of the characteristics of traditional Thai massage. By using the herb ball, I was able to feel the effect of the massage even more because I massaged after warming the internal organs. I have always been interested in treatments using herb balls, and this time I learned a lot about abdominal massage as well. When I approached with a herb ball, my whole body warmed up and my terrible stiffness was relieved. My stomach felt particularly light and firm. I was able to laugh during the course and I was able to take a lot of fun. The teacher gave me careful guidance and gave me advice on the parts I couldn't do, so I was happy to learn. By using herbs, my whole body warmed up and my whole body was able to relax. I actually took it and my metabolism improved, and by the time the class was over, I was very hungry. This time it was a foot press, so I felt it was very difficult to use my body because I didn't usually use my feet. Perhaps because my body is stiff, I couldn't keep my balance, and I had to lean against a wall to step properly. The pressure on my feet is strong, so I thought that if I could do it comfortably and well, I could use it quite a bit.
