Stiff shoulders and lower back pain are areas that many customers request, so I learned a lot from them. At first, I was reluctant to step on other people's bodies, but after actually taking it myself, I was surprised to feel refreshed and my muscles loosened. I wanted to practice a lot and get used to it, such as how much I need to step on it to be effective, and whether it's okay to step on it! I want to practice a lot. In the cold swelling edition, I felt that it was very important to shake and rub the lower body, including the stiff shoulders and back pain I had the day before. The feeling of being warmed by my prana being transmitted to the receiving side was very comfortable. In the beautiful skin section, I was reluctant to use my legs to treat my neck and shoulders at first, but it gradually became more comfortable despite the pain. Participating in the foot press made Thai massage even more fun. I want to study more.

I suffer from back pain, so I was happy to be able to immediately feel the effects of the back pain version. The buttocks aren't scary even if you're unfamiliar with them, so I'd like to take on more and more challenges. In the stiff shoulder section, I often use my thumb to loosen it finely, so my hands sometimes hurt, but it seems to be useful for long courses. There is also a technique that does not hold on to the stick, so it was saved. I am a Bangkok style therapist, so my stretching skills are limited, so if there is something like advanced stretching in the future, I would like to take it.

The treatment on my feet was more painful than I thought, but I felt like I was able to get rid of the pain and fatigue by slowly relaxing the area. It was difficult to grasp the feeling of pressing with the feet, unlike the manual massage, where the feet are used and the standing position is different, but the foot press is deep and the pressure is more stable than the hands, which was attractive. I could feel that the stiffness was definitely loosened. Being able to treat not only the hands but also the feet will expand the range of techniques as a therapist, and it seems to be useful in the future. I would like to come again if there is a stretch course.

It was difficult to balance and it was hard to adjust the force. It felt good to receive it unexpectedly. I was able to enjoy it with a small number of people. In the future, I would like to receive it if there are symptoms of herb balls.

I have been interested in singing balls for a long time. However, I didn't know how to actually use it, but I learned a lot by using it while meditating in this course. I played the singing ball for the first time, but I was happy that I could make a proper sound. The therapy that I put on my body was very comfortable and made me want to accumulate more knowledge and practice. I would like to continue to do so in the future.
