[Grade-T / Limited Skill Therapist Qualification]

Of the TTMA qualifications, only T grade is a qualification to certify a single massage skill, not a comprehensive license. The target massage treatments are not fixed, and those who are certified are free to apply for one massage treatment and perform the examination. If you can examine and be certified for a single massage skill, you will be able to use the rental salon of TTMA and receive service support such as accident compensation support all over Japan. T-class is a temporary temporary qualification, so if you want to increase your T-class certified massage skills, you will need to undergo an additional examination. |

■General exam qualification
This qualification can be certified by taking a general examination. Anyone can take the exam. Upgrade your massage skills to qualifications and get a professional proof. |

| □Examination pints |
We will judge by a practical test. 80 points or more out of 100 points will be the pass line. We will also conduct an interview to make a comprehensive decision.
1, Practical test (time limit 120 minutes)
The practical test will be judged by the deduction method. Since the certified examiner will be the model, we will perform the actual treatment in the flow from customer service to treatment assuming a store.
２，Interview (up to 60 minutes)
Questions and answers regarding the treatment performed in the practical test regarding the treatment will be held. |

| □Eligibility to take the exam |
| There are no restrictions on undergoing a qualification examination. Schools, salons, and anyone who has learned personally can also be screened. No matter how many years of experience you have. In addition, people with visual or hearing disabilities can also be examined without restrictions. |

| □Examination criteria |
1. You can perform your own style of treatment for 90 to 120 minutes.
2. Relaxation can be provided through the treatment within the time limit.
3. We can give consideration to safety and hygiene with a spirit of hospitality to our clients.
4. It is possible to hear the client's request by counseling before and during the treatment.

| □Technical examination contents |
| Please apply for the type of massage yourself in advance and take the test. Choose a category, such as reflexology, head massage, or abdominal massage. Grade T is an examination for a specific massage skill, so it is not a comprehensive examination like other qualifications. We also accept original treatments. As a relaxation skill, the examination will be conducted from the aspects of safety and hygiene. |

One examination = 15,000 yen
It is based on advance bank transfer at the reservation stage. We will confirm the date and time of the examination after receiving the payment. |

| □What to bring on the day |
1. Surgical wear
2. Writing utensils
3. ID photo (two 3 cm x 4 cm size photos, black and white/color does not matter)

| □Flow of the day |
If you pass, you will be registered as a TTMA therapist member. In addition to taking pictures with a digital camera, we ask you to fill out a profile sheet. You will be required to pay the monthly membership fee (1800 yen/month) from the current month until the end of the fiscal year (August). From that day onwards, you can receive various service support adaptations. However, due to procedures, support for accident compensation will be applied from the 1st of the following month. In addition, for annual renewal, we will perform automatic withdrawal procedures by "Monthly Panda". At the Shivaka School of Traditional Medicine, we try to deliver the certificate on the same day as much as possible. |

| □Precautions regarding single massage skill qualifications |
| The Grade-T qualification is not a combined massage qualification. Since it is a certification system for a single massage skill, if you want to receive an additional guarantee for another massage skill, you will need to undergo a certification examination again. Please note that a test fee will be charged each time as it is a one-on-one examination. Rest assured that the therapist membership fee will not increase even if you guarantee multiple massage skills. |
