"Tired", "pain" and "fever" are said to be the three major alarms from the body. Without these, one might be able to work and play as much as he wants, but his body would be in a serious condition. "Tired" is more likely to be overlooked or overlooked than "pain" or "fever". If you leave it unattended, your tiredness will build up and it will take longer to recover.

Fatigue can be temporary, which can be recovered by rest or sleep, or chronic, which can be difficult to recover. The main causes are "lack of sleep", "stress", "malnutrition" and "illness". Sleep is the most effective way to get rid of fatigue in your body and cerebrum, but if you don't have enough time or quality, you will accumulate fatigue.

There are physical and mental stresses, both of which can make you feel tired when you are in a stressful environment. In addition, due to an unbalanced diet or an imbalance in nutrition, it may not be possible to obtain nutrients to relieve fatigue, which may prolong fatigue. You may feel tired or tired due to the effects of illness and the side effects of medicines.

Fatigue tends to be influenced by the close connection between the body and mind. If you feel tired, you can take measures, but you tend to leave the tiredness that is hard to feel, such as "play tiredness". If you leave your tiredness unattended, your brain will signal you to rest, which will reduce your ability to concentrate and think, and your performance will suffer. Not only does QOL decrease due to fatigue, but it can also lead to lethargy and a decrease in immune function.

Be aware of sleep and rest every day, maintain a regular rhythm of life, and eat a nutritionally balanced diet. You may get tired from this, but be careful if you can't get rid of it. Another upset may be hidden in fatigue that lasts for more than half a year. In that case, we recommend that you consult with a medical institution.

Chronic fatigue syndrome (manseihiroshokougun) is a disease in which intense fatigue of unknown cause continues for a long period of time (generally 6 months or more). According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), cures are rare, 5% to 10%, but treatment can improve or recover to some extent. It is estimated that about 380,000 people, or 0.3% of the population, suffer from CFS in Japan, but due to low awareness, they may not have been properly diagnosed, or may have depression, neurosis, menopause, etc. It is believed that many patients are misdiagnosed for autonomic dysfunction.

Symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome suddenly cause symptoms such as general malaise, slight fever, headache, weakness, poor thinking, mental and neurological symptoms in people who have been healthy. There is currently no effective treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome in Western medicine.

Symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome refer to the states of "Qi deficiency," "Blood deficiency," and "Qi and blood deficiency," as analyzed by Chinese medicine. The stagnant type is stagnant due to lack of energy. There is enough energy, but the flow is stagnant, so the energy is not full of the whole body. When this condition worsens, it becomes a "spirit" of lack of energy. It tends to cause tension and pain, and the pain tends to increase when stress is strong. In summer, the temperature difference between the outside heat and the air conditioner tends to cause autonomic imbalance.

The blood deficiency type is undernourished and the whole body is dry. The amount of blood is insufficient and it is not possible to distribute nutrients to cells throughout the body. Therefore, it has a bad complexion, hair and skin tend to be dry, numbness of limbs and lightheadedness are likely to occur, and it is not good to overcool. It can be said that blood deficiency is likely to occur even after bleeding due to injury or surgery.
