  Back pain

Most back stiffness is poor circulation due to muscle fatigue. Stress and eating habits are also related to the cause of back stiffness, but the biggest cause is poor posture. The muscles around the shoulder blades are overloaded, causing tension in the muscles and causing pain and discomfort. Improving the “habit” of the posture that causes stiffness is something to be careful of in your daily life, but it may be easier to do once you have removed the stiffness. ..

Back stiffness may be associated with internal organ disease or autonomic nervous system. If you have a visceral disorder, you may have stiffness in your back and shoulders (around the scapula) before the internal organs hurt.

If your back becomes stiff, it will hinder your personal life. The stiffness that you feel even when you sit normally causes stress. Stiffness caused by poor posture or body distortion is caused by poor blood flow and stiffening of the muscles. Regular stretching and light physical activity will help reduce stiffness. However, if the pain does not go away after trying various things, the internal organs may be tired. Each organ of the internal organs causes pain in different parts of the back. You can see some visceral disease in the painful back area.

[Pain in the upper left part of the back and the left shoulder blade]
If your back is stiff on your left side or inside your shoulder blades, you may have a heart or stomach upset. When you feel stuffy, it may be due to mental tension. Such mental tension can cause your body to become stiff and your muscles to become stiff. As a result, the large muscles of the back become stiff and stiff. Especially on the shoulder (around the scapula) and the left side of the back even though I did not overuse the left arm and left shoulder
Feeling unpleasant stiffness or pain can be a precursor to heart-related illnesses such as angina and myocardial infarction.
There may be abnormalities in the functioning of the stomach, such as stomach pain, stomach upset, and loss of appetite. If you keep the same posture for a long time, such as at desk work, your back muscles will harden and your blood circulation will deteriorate, resulting in poor gastrointestinal function, which may lead to indigestion and loss of appetite.
・ "Pain that can be grasped by hand" such as angina pectoris and myocardial infarction
・ "Tear-like pain" such as dissecting aortic aneurysm and aortic aneurysm

[Pain in the lower left]
In pancreatitis, relatively heavy and dull pain appears on the left side of the back and in the epigastrium. The pancreas is an organ that plays an important role in digesting and absorbing food, but chronic inflammation of the pancreas impairs digestive and absorptive function. As a result, it is said that the risk of developing diabetes and pancreatic cancer increases.
・ "Unbearable pain" such as pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer
・ "Pain with fever" such as pyelonephritis and kidney stones

[Pain in the upper right part of the back and the right shoulder blade]
People who have pain in this area are more likely to have symptoms of excess gastric acid, and often experience upset stomach after eating. Excessive stomach acid is caused by overeating, drinking too much, and getting cold, but it can also be caused by stress-induced nervous system disturbances.
・ "Sounding pain" such as pneumonia and pulmonary tuberculosis
・ "Pain that spreads throughout the back" such as bronchitis

[Pain in the lower right part of the back and under the shoulder blades on the right side]
Since it is connected to the liver, you will feel pain if you are suffering from liver fatigue. If you have a little swelling here, you may be able to relieve the pain by loosening it, but you will need to rest your liver.
・ "Pain like plugging" such as duodenal ulcer
・ "Pain accompanied by dullness" such as hepatitis
・ "Pain with fever" such as pyelonephritis and kidney stones

[Pain from the center of the back to around the waist]
The lower back, just above the waist, is where the kidneys are associated. People who hurt this area may often suffer from swelling. When kidney function declines, symptoms such as swelling and frequent urination appear. In addition, because it is a visceral organ that secretes hormones, people with disturbed physiological functions also need to take care of their kidneys.
・ "Intermittent pain" such as urinary stones
・ "Pain with high fever" such as salpingitis and ectopic pregnancy
・ "Severe pain in the entire lower abdomen" such as endometriosis
