In Salon Operation, you will learn practical work in a salon. Based on psychology, we will unravel the flow of a series of tasks from responding to telephone inquiries, accepting reservations, to responding to customers at the store, counseling, treatment, and seeing off, and how to be considerate in each situation. You can understand the work as a therapist smoothly if you simulate it before facing the actual situation such as proposing an extension, proposing a set menu, obtaining an appointment for the next time, handling complaints, etc. |

Massage technique is not the only skill required for therapists at salon sites. Therapists need to acquire skills related to customer service, such as creating an environment to welcome customers, hospitality, counseling, and customer service. Specifically, you will need specialized knowledge such as detailed explanations about massage treatments, proposals for approaches to areas of concern (informed consent), and advice on daily life. You can understand the work as a therapist smoothly if you simulate it before facing the actual situation such as proposing an extension, proposing a set menu, obtaining an appointment for the next time, handling complaints, etc. In the salon operation, we will learn important points that should be confirmed before going out to the site. |
